Starting at WNYW's Midday Live New York and then moving to Video Music Box, Uncle Ralph was one of the first VJ's to cater to an exclusively Hip Hop crowd long before MTV and BET. Ralph has also delved into the world of motion pictures, making his acting debut in the film Who's The Man? RECENT GUEST: DARRIN HENSON
DARRIN DeWITT HENSON has made great strides with his acting career since first getting started with director Lionel Martin in the film “Long Shot.” After small roles in “NYPD Blue,” “New York Undercover” and “Beverly Hills 90210,” Henson joined the cast of SHOWTIME’S SOUL FOOD. Darrin is looking to get his movie game up and you can see him in the upcoming films: The Salon & Kings of Bushwick.
As a choreographer, Henson has worked with many musical artists including Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez. Henson was nominated for a MTV Music Award for his work on Jordan Knight’s video “Give It to You,” in addition to winning the award for Best Music Video at the 2000 MTV Music Awards for ‘N Sync’s “Bye, Bye, Bye” video.
Darrin has worked on Deborah Cox's One Wish gold album stage show; The Artist Formerly Known as Prince's Face Down video and Blackstreet's World Tour. Darrin's innovative choreography has been a regular feature on several music awards including: American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Soul Train Music Awards and Blockbuster Music Awards.
